Start Management Diploma for Athletes in Sweden

The Johan Cruyff Institute (JCI) in Sweden develops and conducts programs specifically adjusted to the needs and conditions of Swedish athletes. The Institute in Stockholm offers athletes a more speedy and custom made path to a second career, in which the sporting experience is an important platform.

Management Diploma for Athletes

This spring, the JCI Sweden launched the Management Diploma for Athletes (MDA). It is a one-year customized leadership and business program for athletes. The program is conducted by the JCI Sweden, in cooperation with the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education.
The program is intended for everybody who has been active in sport, either as an athlete, as a leader or in an administrative role. The common denominator for participants on the MDA is the knowledge and experience they bring from their different careers within sport.

The program brings together participants from various arenas, but they all share a drive and determination to succeed – an ingredient which is just as important in business as it is in sport. We strive to put together a stimulating mix of participants on the program.
